Troubleshoot fix resolve ORA-01411: cannot store the length of column in the indicator

Error Description: Tried to fetch a column of size more than 64K and couldn't store the length of the column in the given indicator of size 2 bytes.

Fix for this error: Use the new bind type with call backs to fetch the long column.
